Why I teach Combat Focus Shooting...
I teach Combat Focus Shooting to Law Enforcement Officers within my department and have integrated the fundamentals in various firearms training. After researching then attending the Combat Focus Shooting course, it opened my eyes to what the body does naturally in the context of a fight and the short training time needed for dramatic end user skills. One of the best features in teaching this program is getting the students to learn not only the hows but the whys. The Combat Focus Shooting is truly designed to make a shooter more efficient when defending themselves. By teaching Combat Focus Shooting to fellow officers it will allow them to recognize and use the fundamental skills during a dynamic critical incident and win the fight.
